Juliet Agu, is a designer and dress maker and runs a business called Ladygold fashion. Juliet‚??s business is 18 years old but it has had a significant improvement in performance since her business training with Youth for Technology. One of the most significant things Juliet learnt was how to effectively manage her staff. This has really increased morale and improved their performance. She also learnt about bookkeeping for the first time in 18 years and now has an appreciation of capital investment which means she is now better able to access lucrative foreign markets.
